Heat is so incredibly high because the installation is horrible.

The managers are so awful to deal with, they steal your money, charge rediculous charges for nonsense.

Horrible place to rent.

Worst in Ames by far.

Apartments are ugly and not kept up as well

I agree completely. We rent from them right now and would like to get out of our lease because we can't get rid of the earwig bugs, dishwasher doesn't work and they came in and ran the edisposal for a minute and said "It should work now". Our utility bills run over 200 a month with nothing that should take up that much electric running. The place was filthy when we moved in. They said they spent hours cleaning it. I had to spend hours cleaning when we moved in. Many many more complaints that we could post.
