Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've lived here for a year and it is the best in Ames!!! The staff is very nice and actually gives a crap about me (which other companies don't- Haverkamp), maintenance gets everything done asap and my apartment is huge. I love the washer and dryer, and fireplace in my apartment. You gotta live here.
