If you are looking for an apartment, think twice before renting from these people. Not only do they have terrible communication among their staff, but the quality of the apartments is poor. There are several different buildings in the complex, all of which have a different quality of apartment ( I know, because due to their poor communication we were forced to move from the one we were living in, to a really poorly maintained one at the other end of the complex). They don't maintain the buildings well (dirty halls and entryways, holes in the walls, uncleaned carpets in the apartment, animal feces all around, etc.) and they barely take care of the parking lots and sidewalks.
The biggest problem with this complex is the poor communication among the staff. You can never get ahold of the manager when you have problems, and the staff in the office apparently are not allowed to take care of things without the manager's permission. It is almost impossible to get things taken care of with the staff that seems to never communicate with each other. Don't bother renting from them, we will be moving out as soon as possible.
