The apartment was great for the four years I lived there, but the management was horrible. I was given an eviction notice at one point because they had decided I had not paid rent six months previously. In reality they credited my check to another account. They also promised a $200 cash card for renewing my lease the final year I lived there, but a year later, this has still not come to pass despite numerous phone calls. Pets are allowed, but despite dog size restrictions, several large dogs live in the area. There is a major problem with dog owners not picking up after their dogs, but the managment only makes threats without any enforcement, so nothing changes. Overall, this is a good place to live if you can avoid encounters with the administration.
