This place gets more and more ridiculous by the day! Hallways and stairways are constantly trashed, grass is never mowed, parking lot has potholes that are the size of some of the apartments themselves, rent increases in the way of having to pay utilities but no rent decrease (utilites were included when I moved out here), no communication from the office, NOBODY and I repeat NOBODY in the office has a clue as to what customer service, loyalty or compassion means.....its all about how they can make the most out of each and every tenant!! Not to mention a 2 day notice on everybodies Racquet and Fitness membership being cancelled so nobody has been able to work out without paying for it since July 31st (despite the website and brochure still promoting free fitness memberships here'!'!)

You can't get promises put in writing....why' Because they will always go back on their word and find a way to screw you into paying more money or else they will put strangers in your apartment with your fiance and kid. This place is honestly ran worse than any apartment complex I have been associated with. I loved it when I moved in here. Old management believed in holding true to their word, maintenence was done lightning fast and you really felt welcome here. Now you feel like you are in a prison and they have you right where they want you. Rent is more like a ransom every month. Sorry for the rant but please know that if you move out here, better be prepared for regretting it EVERY DAY and hoping you can find somebody to sublease your apartment.

Ive got an idea, how about rather than saying things are going to change, MAKE the changes!!! You can't keep hiding behind your "new management" title forever. You have been in charge of this place for half a year or more now and NOTHING gets better, it only gets worse!!! Get the things taken care of that are the problems! Get former tenants their deposits back (which appears to a huge problem), get the potholes in the parking lot done, get that damn fitness room done (we are in a way paying for a fitness memebership as part of the rent as an ammenity but we have nothing STILL!), and quit coming up with more and more ways to charge people bogus fees and penalties to get more money in your pocket! You want money, how about you start charging for people that aren't picking up after their dogs in front of the apartments and you can start with one of your very own employees who is one of the worst when it comes to this. I think she has more crap in from of her apartment than grass honestly. If people in the office don't have to follow rules, why would anybody else?!?!
