Internet never works, doesn't give notification for inspections or pest spraying and gets angry when they are unable to inspect or spray. We had a flood and they ran for the hills and left their tenants to fend for themselves, some without knowing there was even a storm. They didn't call or do anything to notify them that there was a flood. Many lost cars in the flood.
