Huge apartments, looks very nice to potential renters...

Downs...
Beware the very cheap construction, your heat and ac bills will be through the roof.

Thin walls and cheap windows do not keep out the noise from the Cy-Ride.

We covered all of our windows with plastic to try and keep things warm inside, but the windows are so large and cheap that it didnt help much.

The sound insulation between up and downstairs is non-existant.

We would joke that our neighbors practiced kung-fu every night.

The bi-fold doors on all of the closets were a joke and fell off quite often.

Getting the old management to fix anything took days, and they even didnt fix a couple doors we requested and then CHARGED US THE DAMAGE.

Over thanksgiving break last year one of our toilets backed up while we were gone and when I returned home the whole place was a disgusting mess.

Their Emergency cleanup crew was not going to be available until the next day until I repeatedly called them about the HUGE mess.

About a week later a drain in the water heater and furnace closet backed up filling our kitchen...

again emergency crew wasnt going to be available until I continuously called.

parking sucks...

plain and simple.

Ups...
10 paces out your front door is a Cy-ride stop.

Good area for people to hang around outside and socialize.

Nice set up to be able to meet your neighbors.

I recommend Steinbeck for college age people who want to be social.

Not for Families.
