I have lived here for one year and am about to move out. This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. When something breaks it takes maintenace weeks to fix it. The landlady is very annoying to deal with. On top of all this, they are supposed to give you 24 hours notice before showing your apartment. They just leave notes saying "we will be showing your apartment many times in the next few weeks. This serves as your 24 hours notice."

I have been thru seven years with this manager and she always gives everyone a week notice and that I have heard is great. Unstead of a 24 hour notice to get ready to show. And if you are clean and ready - Of which she always says - will help - to rent the apartment faster- so you will not have to show again. Plus - if you are in question on moving out - for some reason- she helps put you on the last list of which you have more time to make a decision. as far as maintanince - He trys really hard to get all 136 apartments wishes taken care of as fast as he can. If they have to order something - it can take a longer amount of time - but they let you know whats going on.
