I have lived in the Windsor Pointe Community for 3 years with my fiance. We have enjoyed our time in our 3 bedroom apartment and the area of town in which Windsor Pointe is located. Though they are a tax-credit community, the tax credit is designed to help drive the cost of rent down, which we found crucial in why we chose this apartment to live in. The Ames community generally tends to charge high amounts for rent due to the amount of students in the area going to Iowa State University. Like any community, it can get loud outside. This is a family community and we have made several friends, and invited our own into the community. I have enjoyed the management staff and felt that every need that I have ever had was taken care of quickly and effectively. I would recommend Windsor Pointe Apartments to all of my friends new and old.

Are you a manager?

Yeah right! You can't live there if that is what you have to say! You must be a manager or staff! Nobody should rent here ever! They should tear down the apartments! Not a good place to live at all! Not even close to safe!
