I have lived at Windsor Pointe for about two years, and have always felt very at home and comfortable. I am a student at Iowa State University and have a family and they were very willing to work with my situation. The management is willing to work with you in order for you to help you feel at home and is willing to work with you if you have a period of hardship.
There are some things that could use some improvement, such as the size of the common areas and the availability of computer labs, but over all I would say it is a very nice place for a transitional family to live.

You definently have some issues va9ab0nd. Note to readers, don't let the bitter rantings of this person effect your view on Windsor, he's probably just jealous.

I see students all the time walking to and from their apartments! All the parties I see has to be students I can't see a family with children listening to loud music and doing drugs!
