For two people, it was too small. I could ALWAYS hear the guy behind and his bass through the wall, nothing was ever done about it after I went to management THREE times. There was a huge hole punched in my closet door and many rips and tears in the vinyl of the kitchen and bathroom. The second bedroom closet was way to small to fit anything in and the bathroom smelled like a urinal even after many many cleanings.
On the plus side, it's nice to have the pond right out your window, even though many people littered it and the geese pooped everywhere. But in the spring the baby geese would all walk around and it was very nice to watch. People are pretty good at cleaning up after their pets
