Where do I begin' I guess I could start with the fact that they're not sound-resistant whatsoever...I could hear the next door neighbor's conversations. Their townhomes are a joke. 1000 sq feet' The stairway is at least 50 of that, so you're better off staying in a normal 2 bedroom apartment. Oh, and I loved the pest problem we encountered the minute the weather transformed to spring. The ants had daily picnics in my kitchen-literally. The assistant manager there told me to spray Windex on them to kill them. That pretty much just cleaned my counter and the ants just kept marching in. I also enjoyed the fact that you realized where your $110 utility bill was going to-heating the parking lot! You could see headlights shining under the door at night! They also will really nail you when you move out and attempt to break your lease early...supposedly they needed to replace the carpet. Funny how I've lived at the same apartment complex for two years, just having to recently move due to the fact that we got a pet, and they commented on how great the carpet looked. Oh and let's not forget the maintenance staff. I can't remember how many times I had to call in about the only shower in the unit not working. Please don't be deceived into renting here...you will truly regret it.
