I really liked the apartment I lived in. It was clean and the neighbors around me were quiet and respectful. The manager when I moved into Delaware crossing apartments was great. However, the management changed. The new management team was not so great. The environment really changed. They do not appear to really care about the environment of Delaware crossing apartments. It is just a job they are there for the paycheck and that is it! When I moved from Delaware crossing apartments the management was very rude. I was entitled to a return check for pro-rated rent. When I called to inquire about the process I couldn't get anyone to take my call and at the one time I did speak to a member of the management team he was incredibly rude and still did not answer my question. I was told I would be notified when the apartment was rented so I could take the utilites out of my name. That did not happen. The long and short of it. The apartment I rented was nice. The maintanence crew fixed things promptly..leaving quite a mess behind..but things got fixed. The management team seems to be majorly lacking in customer service. If you can tolerate ignorance then it probably wouldn't bother you to rent from Delaware crossing apartments.
