There is nothing special about this place. The manager is about as friendly as a hedgehog with a yeast infection. He's also kind of a hippocrit. The policy is no pets and he's got at least two or three small dogs in his appartment. There are a lot of college kids living around there and the place is kind of trashy because of it. The pool is clean and the laundry facilities are ok. Is it an OK place to live, sure, but would I move back there, no.
