I live there now and I enjoy it. The manager may look scary but he is actually not bad. If you are a bad tenent then ok he might not be as nice to you. I like sitting on my balcony and watching the baseball, soccer, and frisbee going on in the summer. I have not had any problems with neighbors or noise. Its a good location because you can walk to Hyvee. I would reccomend it!
