this is a quality first place to live, and i and my roomate have had no complaints. the people who bash my manager dont know him at all. he has always been timely in his assistance to me and my roomate, and the only way i would interpret him as a jerk is he probably is that way towards crappy tenents... merry christmas, and stop posting anonymous posts bashing your manager.

I thought the same thing about the apartment manager at first. But when I went to move out everything changed. I had submitted my 30 days notice and he claimed I didn't submit it in time even though I had a signed document by him. Then he claimed my lease wasn't up ( I signed a 6 month lease 2 years prior and was month to month). Then he claimed he lost the lease. Upon the final check he yelled and even threw a roll of tape he found in a cabinet at me. I hadn't said a single word to him and the apartment was spotless. He then proceeded to claim there were things wrong with the apartment that were just fine and took my entire deposit. I even had pictures of the place the day I moved out and have disputed the matter and haven't received any feedback. They are nice apartments but do not move in you will get much more than you bargain for.
