I am a very respectful and good person but I could not get along with the manager. He was terrible, lazy, and rude. Repairs didn't get done after several complaints, he was rude and dishonest, and the police were there at least twice a week. The apartments are nice and well priced but dealing with the manager makes not worth it. And even if you leave your apartment looking brand new he will find a way to take the entire deposit and then charge you for more. I have talked to several other past tenants and they all report the same exact thing.

I agree! The place would be great with a different manager! And the apartment says no pets yet he has a dog?! Hypocritical. We moved out of there and were glad to be done of him. Now we're trying to get a "previous renters" document from him and it's the only thing keeping us from closing- do you think he's doing it in a timely manner? Heck no.
