Crestbruck Park was ok, however the parking situation sucked because there were more people living there than parking spaces. Parking on the street was a risk. The park across the street was very nice though. One bad thing about this place was how old and run down it is. The carpet and appliances are all very old and it took an arm and a leg to get them to replace my dishwasher; when they did it was with a used one! If you must live here it will be ok but try to find someplace better. My suggestion would be Wanda Manor, which is not more than a mile from Crestbruck park.

Parking can be a problem but they don't like to put resrictions on people who live there. The apartments are up dated regularly unless you choose to rent and older unit at a discount, Wanda Manor is ok but the location is not the best. Crestbruck has a park across the street and is in a very secure part of Ankeny. I lived there for 8 years and never had a problem. Most of the complaints about parking are from the residents that have 2 or 3 cars. Great place managed very well.
