I recently lived at the Timberland Apartments in Ankeny and they were not nice at all they are very old and the appliances never worked. Also you can hear everything that goes on outside and from the people in the rooms next to you, and last the managers are not nice at all they are very rude and they accuse you for things that you don't do. So overall these apartments are not good at all. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I lived at both style apartments @ Crestbruck Park. Yes, you can hear your neighbors in the smaller ones, but if you were to UPGRADE to the larger of the 2 properties instead of wanting the cheapest rate you would see it is a great place to live. Are you wanting to be friends w/ mgnt? Just pay your rent and go on.
