Well lit hallways. Friendly neighbors. No noise issues. The laundry room is never busy. Easy access to the interstate. Good neighborhood for walking or riding a bike. The landlords are great. Colby rocks!

The time I locked myself out they had someone there in ten minutes to get me into my apartment. Service like that is priceless.

One downside for me was the in-wall air-conditioner did not cool the rooms evenly.

Wanda Manor was recommended to me by two other apartment landlords during my search. I lived there 4 1/2 years and only moved because of work. It is truly the best kept secret in Ankeny.
