Great Place to Live - I moved here in May of 2009 and it has been a wonderful experience! Very friendly staff. They are only too happy to accept any UPS packages for me when I'm at work. This is not a good place to live I recently lived at the Timberland Apartments in Ankeny and they were not nice at all they are very old and the appliances never worked. Also you can hear everything that goes on outside and from the people in the rooms next to you, and last the managers are not

during a bi-annual checkup of our apartment they took a note off one of our doors that was not for them to take. We also have told them about some things that need to be fixed and they have not yet fixed them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The Manager is a complete jerk with no respect for others The manager is a hypocrite and a jerk and doesn't fix things in a timely manner. He is extremely rude to even strangers I have seen more then his tennants. It is supposed to be no pets but this jerk has a dog in the building and ties
