Supposedly the place is soundproof (my ass)! John (landlord) will rip you a new one for all you are worth. They advertise utilities for $20 average per month, ---- its about twice that for four people. Having three bedrooms intended for four people is about the stupidest thing the architect drew up. It's just not quality. Why have windows, the wind blows right through them. The security lights outside go off when you arrive at night, but they stay on during the day. Half the time the dumpsters are full and there is garbage laying around. Have I mentioned that there was vomit in the entrance a month ago, and it is still crusty. You get ONE mailbox key for four people. If you get locked out of your apartment it is $30 to have the landlord come bail you out. There are a whopping two washers and two dryers that you have to pay for cheapasses (that you share with the whole building). All in all, I'd rather live in a cardboard box.
