Manager needs people skills! Not friendly or helpful unless you badger him.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
This place needs upkeep big time. Always filthy and unkept in hallways. Our kids moved in and he never got the carpet cleaned from the last kids who lived there...gross and unsanitary. Don't know if we'll renew the lease next year.
