This is a terrible place to live. John, the landlord, is completely unprofessional and is hard to get a hold of. Any time you try to talk to him about an issue he gets pissy. I had some neighbors that were really loud on numerous occasions, I knocked on their door and asked them to keep it down and all they did was slam the door in my face. I called him about it. He did nothing to fix the problem. This occured a couple of times. I got sick of the noise so I called the cops for a noise complaint. The next day, he called and literally yelled at my roommate for calling the cops... oh and did I mention that he hung up on her because he was mad' I can't believe he has chosen the work field that he is in, he is completely unapproachable and constantly crabby.

John is the worst landlord you could possibly have. He has no concern for the safety of his tenents. You can easily break into the apartments. I had a complaint about something, and not only did he rudely respond over e-mail, he also came to my apartment and yell at me to my face.
