SUH Mills seem quite convenient to the average on-looker.. however, these apt's are built so quickly that nearly everything comes apart after about a year. My roommates and I are the first to live in this apt, and it is already looking very lived in. Sterling puts plastic under the carpet and tells us we'll be fined if mold grows. The tile is coming up in both bathrooms, kitchen, and hallway.. The cauking has come loose everywhere in the kitchen. Our windows occasionally fall open from the wind because they were never put in securely. In the winter it's always cold in the apt because every window and door leaks. They have made up rules throughout the year that were not current in our signing of the lease. We can not have any lights on our balcony's.. except at Christmas time when there's supposedly a contest. Basically, my opinion is to not live here EVER. Also, take a tip by how quickly they are put together..
