Sterling University Mills is a great complex to live at to meet new people. Every month they have events to get people involved. During the summer there are always people out & about using the ammenities!! This will not be a place where you will be a stranger to anyone!
The apartments are a great location from campus! Especially if you are a business major...I don't believe you can get any closer!! The apartment itself is wonderful! Having my own bedroom & only having to share my bathroom with one other person is a major plus! Better yet, I am only reliable for MY rent...not my roommates!!
With the apartments being new I have run into some things that have needed to be fixed/repaired, but with management right here everyday, they get fixed pretty quick & better yet, fixed for free!!
I think Sterling is a great community & I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live!
