As a senior, I have lived at all of the major apartment complexes in Cedar Falls. Sterling Mills is easily the nicest. They are pretty strict with the policies and will not tolerate people who cause trouble. If you raise hell or are rude or dirty or can't park right..they will hassle you until you straighten out. If you are a responsible and smart..they will treat you with respect. The pool and hottub is the place to be in the summer. The ladies show up around noon to work on their tans and do homework. The fellas roll in later to throw the football or frisbee around. When the sun goes down, the sand volleyball lights come on and you can play until like 11:00. What you do after that is up to you. If you want to be close to campus, live in a new apartment, have a social life and killer tan, meet me at the pool around 1:00. BYOB!
