For the first month I lived here I thought I was in paradise, but after the sun goes down the snakes aka Sterling Mang't comes out. Rent is extremely high for this area and goes up yearly. There are so many fines that are given out, there isn't enough space to list all of them. The apartments themselves are poorly made, you can tell they brought in 100 -------- in to finish the job when they fell behind. The internet and cable goes out for a few days every couple of weeks. There is a constent draft of cold air in the winter and warm air in the summer because of poor insulation and window installments. Our dryer vent wasn't connected at first so we had lint all over our apartment until maintanence figured it out. We live near the power plant, and they laid the carpet before installing the windows, so there is a constent black suet on our shoes, walls, socks, and feet. On the plus side, this is the place for beautiful girls and girls and girls, and meeting some new friends and having some off the wall parties. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND STERLING, unless you want to overpay for rent and recieve outragous fines for the two months the sand filled pool is open in the summer.
