Sterling is a great place for any college student to live. When it comes to fun in the summer, this is the place to be. In fact, they almost have too much because people who don't even live here often come out to play. The office staff is pretty decent, usually knowing what's going on. The maintenance staff is the best I've ever had. I've lived in 3 different apartment places and these maintenance guys exceed any place I have ever been to. Almost everything is fixed right away and usually done right. My only complaint about the property is when idiots bring glass into the pool area and it breaks. The manager likes to shut thing down for a week or two, but I guess some lesson has to be taught. I would really recommend this place to any college student. In regards to what another review of Sterling said about fines, I have yet to recieve a fine for one single thing. If you recieve a fine it's your own fault for being dumb, in fact, I'm glad they fine people or this place would be trashed. Thanks for the clean place and great employees!!!
