i am a senior and i have lived in slum lord houses that were better than strling mills. poory constructed. obviously they are out to get college student's money! everything was coming apart and the widows are soooo cheap you cant put your bed by the window, because in the winter time there is a constant stream of cold air coming in. my uncle builds apartments for a living. he has done cheaper ones with more quality in the area. just take a close look at the doors to the balocony. you will notice a bad paint job.
and cheap doors. also they have a list of like 75 things you can be fined for. DONT LIVE HERE! i would recomend looking in the papaer for houses that are turned into apts.
