If you are looking to rent in Cedar Falls, I would definately look twice before renting at sterling mills. There was basically nothing good about the place. The construction of the buildings was horrible, and the prices for the apartments are outrageous. If you like the idea of the fitness center, think twice because the equipment is crap. Fines are also outrageous and often uncalled for. Definately look at other apartments before renting here.
