Sterling is the biggest joke I've ever seen. It's pretty much robbing college students. Sure it's got a pool that I pay for ALL YEAR and only get to use maybe 3 months of. Also paid 2 $50 fines per bedroom for cigarette butts and NONE OF US SMOKE! $100 fine for a dog that we never had but that the management claimed they "heard" barking. Sterling management lies. They promised my old roommate last august that there would be no problem finding a subleaser for second semester. It's March and they've been "looking" since October. Then one of my roommates was evicted in November and they had someone take over her lease in January instead of the person that paid $100 to have her name 3rd on the list for 5 months. Don't live here . . . . . I can go on and on. But don't worry, even though our apartments are falling apart, we still have a nice tanning bed!!!!
