Terrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived there the first year that it was opened and had nothing but problems the entire time. The apartments are built terrible and everything broke. At least once a week we got a fine for something that wasn't even listed in the lease as something that could be fined. If you want to be harrassed for a year for things that you never did, then this is the place for you. All you will ever have is problems and regret the fact that you signed a lease before you read the reviews of this website.
