Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
For one, they charge way too much. They were only built about three years ago, and the already have ---- fallin' apart!!!! Their maintenance staff is lazy. The only GOOD thing about Sterling, is that they have lots of GIRLS there that love to TAN & SWIM EVERY DAY in the summer.
