I lived in Sterling when it first opened and the apartments were new... The place went up so fast, no wonder it started falling apart a couple weeks after we moved in! I and everyone else that I know in my apartment complex had problems with management (especially Stephanie Feuss--don't get on her bad side), high heating/electric bills, poor maintenance service, etc. The walls are so thin you can hear people outside in the hallway who are speaking in a normal tone of voice. The windows are single-paned and the walls give way to poor heating and high electric bills. I was just not very impressed at all with the facility and started looking for a new place half way through the semester... An added side note: I am also taking Sterling to court later this summer for unfinished business...they fight dirty...so watch out...
