Cheap, cheap, cheap. I lived here the first year they opened and was completely disappointed with the quality. Everything from the laundry, to the carpet, to the dishwasher, to the MOLD in our bathrooms were a problem. You can believe I wouldn't EVER recommend this place to anyone. You pay way too much for the amount of crap you have to deal with. Maintenance is SLOW and Stephanie isn't the friendliest person on the earth. Go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and problems.
