If you like things that constantly break, puke in the hallways, unanswered requests then this is the place for you!! Rent is completly overpriced, I pay $320 this year and a month ago we got a letter saying resign your lease for '06 and pay ONLY $330. I gotta say what a great incentive for someone to resign and pay more, interesting' Our internet is never working properly weve had mediacom here 4 times and it is stil not fixed. If you want to tan or work out get on the list, for machines that are constantly broken. College Park is just not worth the money, it's just plain idiotic to pay this much for a "glorified dorm" My advice get a house close to campus and your year will be much more enjoyable than a year here at College Park :)

Great Rental in Cedar Falls-overlooks Overman Park dive by on 3rd St & check it out. Avail. 9/1/06. I am leaving & recommend it! Big 4 BR, hardwood, screened in porch-like $1,000/month for rent.
