Hey, we are leaving our place in CF-huge 4BR that overlooks Overman Park. Hardwood Floors, screened-in porch, sweet place. It's available 9/1/06. 316 3rd St. Drive by & check it out. Like $1,000/month rent. They don't let you have parties so if that's no biggie this place was great.
