Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
we had mold in our 3 of our 4 bedrooms!! They didnt do anything about them, except clean off the mold. They didnt check underneath the carpet or behind the wall, they just did a quick fix. The mold even ruined 1 queen size bed and our Lazy boy chair and they didnt do anything about them.
Very cheap, can hear your neighbors.
If you want a cheap place to live with horrible management, live here.
