I lived here for 1 year and would NEVER live here again!! The management is rude, the price is a rip off and the apartments are dirty and cheaply made - everything breaks all the time. Even the closet doors were installed upside down so they constantly fall off the hinges. Our washer and dryer had some problems, the dishwasher was worn out, and we had a MAJOR WATER LEAK!! It was in my roommate's bedroom during finals week and she had to sleep in my bed for 3 weeks until she was allowed back in her room. The place didn't want to compensate her rent for the time she was out of her room (until her dad called) and they never replaced the hole they tore in her closet so it was freezing cold in our apartment (and her room) all winter. The free tanning isn't as glamorous as it sounds either because you have to sign up weeks in advance to even get a time slot. When I wanted to tan, I ended up going down the street to a salon and buying a package.
