They define FILTH at a whole new level!!

We moved our daughter in yesterday - the carpet was so filthy. The landlord tried to say it had just been professionally cleaned She said the carpet was 6 years old, and we were seeing "WEAR". We told her it was more than wear - it was filthy black carpet that had clearly NOT been shampooed. My husband ran to Target and bought some Resolve carpet shampoo and a sponge and scrubbed our daughter's bedroom carpet by hand and got it much cleaner. No way was that carpet professionally shampooed!!
The bathroom was filthy - the grout in the tub/shower was so full of mildew and mold. When we complained about this, they sent maintenance up to caulk over it. (Out of site, out of mind, apparently.) I would have preferred that they send up someone to actually CLEAN!!
The fridge was full of expired yogurt and milk from months ago, as well as moldy, rotten fruits and veggies. If our daughter had not already signed a lease for a year, we would have gone elsewhere. She will NOT be renewing.
