Ok, so I don't live here, but i felt something needed to be added. I stopped by to check out the apartments seriously thinking this would be my future home. The place looks well kept and all, I won't deny that. But the pet information is what forced us to look elsewhere. I believe pet rent is $25 per month, which is normal for the area. But there is a $300 pet deposit that is non-refundable. Who can afford to just give away $300 and not give it back' I dont' even think dogs were allowed, which cause a lot more damage then cats, obviously. My ratings obviuosly do not apply, so that's why everything is rated so highly. I just thought this information was needed to those interested in bringing the pet to live here.
