A lot of the mechanics of the "nicer" townhome needed and are still in need of repair: plumbing, sidewalks, doors, etc. There are lots of college students here and they are LOUD all night. We have been waiting for new locks on our garage for a month now, my key does not work, and I can't even get in. What is worse, is that the previous tenant does have a key and management knows it, but still we wait. We also found a bunch of stuff left there along with trash, and had to ask several times for it to be removed. The average wait time for maintenance is about three weeks. The AC does not cool the upstairs, and when it is on it is as loud and the wild party next door. If you like things to work, and get to sleep, don't live here.
