My roommate and I moved here in the Spring of 2005. We live in a 2 bedroom townhouse. It was so nice when we moved in. The apartment was nice and clean...not like our previous apartment close to campus. When we put down deposit there was a special running where they would paint a wall. We had a wall in our living room painted red and absolutely love it. We have had a few problems with our water heater and when we called there was a maintenance guy over within minutes to get it fixed. I've never noticed a whole lot of noise. I think living in a townhouse helps cut down on noise that may be in the apartments. This is exactly what my roommate wanted in an apartment. It is more expensive to live in a townhouse but it is really worth it. Another major plus is the pool! I spent a lot of time at the pool this summer and so did a lot of other residents. Although it is hard to get away from the college scene in a college town these apartments and townhouses in particular are a great place to live.
