My boyfriend and I moved in December of 2006. The manager told me that we would only have to pay half month's rent since we moved in mid month which she said would be prorated rent, and turned around and charged us full price rent for that month. We were sitting in the office to see her, about this charge, and she was making rude commments to some of the employees. And then she was very rude to us and i feel that is un called for, since we were polite to her. We broke our lease and moved out because of the rudeness from the manager in the office. If you move here your nuts. We had a cat and the pet deposit was non refundable. Even though he was declawed on all 4 and nueterd. that is bull ----. It should be refunded like other places if your animal does no damage since it's so HIGH here. I feel it's a scam to get money from tenants who love animals. That is in humane. The pool was a nice thing to have, but we never used it. Maitenance staff was always polite and came with a good amount of time with a complaint of our oven. But i would not recommmend livng here because of the rude management. This place needs better organiszation. Kisses!

i think they charge to much rent and its very noisey and theres alot of crime over here ive lived here 9 years and i never seen nothing like it so take my advise and dont move here.
