They rope you into paying way more than you should. Management not accommodating to your needs. They try and make you abide to rules that are not in your contract. Prematurely make you sign agreements.

On the upside it is a good location, rentals are clean, they have a pool, tennis court, and workout room. Thats about it.

All and all, not really worth your time or money.
