I currently stay at Hillcrest and I have no complaints. There are a lot of parties, but they don't get too loud. The apartments are well nice and big and have all new appliances. Noise level isn't a big issue. The rent is cheaper than a lot of other 4 bedrooms apartments. In the summer or when it gets warm a lot of people are out at the courts. Some other apartments that I have stayed in charge a lot of fines and make it difficult to have someone else take over your lease. So far Hillcrest hasn't charged me any extra fines and I know a lot of people who were able to break their lease cause something important came up. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
