I have lived at Hillcrest for two years now and so far I have had no complaints. I am a construction management major and these apartments are built rock solid. Somethings do tend to break, but I have never had management to tell me just to deal with it. I don't even think the person who wrote that reallt lives in Hillcrest because we do have a free maintenance. Plus I can just fix things myself. There are great parties that are thrown out here, but if it gets too loud we have on-campus seurity and nobody really complains anyway. I am a senior and I have stayed at other apartments(which I choose not to name)and Hillcrest seems to be the best so far.
