The apartments itself are nice, but the people who live here are nasty. They will put their garbage outside their door instead of walking their lazy butts to the garbage bin. When it blows away they don't even bother to pick it up. Luckily, there must a groungs keeper or something because it does get picked up. The person who has mice probably is the most nasty person out here and leaves their doors open to let them come in. I have never seen a bug in my apartment, except of flying ones. About the moving out early, the office did word it wrong, but I was put on the waiting list and was called back the next to get the special. Thank you to all the people who got attitudes and didn't want to be put on the list. While you will be paying for the whole month of May, I will have graduated and only had to pay $78 for rent. Seriously, to the people who complained about that, I know of no other apartment who was offering any type of special to their tenants for the month of May. You would have had to pay the rent anyways, so get over it. If i wasn't graduating, then I would live here next year. They are cheaper than the dorms and a lot of other apartments, but needs a pool or something for the summer.
