It was terrible from the start. When we first moved in our hot water heater was broken and we had maintenance come over four times to fix it. It took them two weeks to finally replace a part and during that time we couldn't take showers at our apartment. The utilities are outragous even though we tried to keep them down as much as we could. Our rent was $380 each, plus $30-$40 dollars in utilities every month. The apartments are okay but not worth that much. Management lost one of my rent checks in November and didn't notify me until April, which they then said they made a mistake. There is free tanning, but the line is so long it's impossible to get an appointment. At the end of the year I tried talking to management about me present at the time of checkout and they ignored me. I called every other day for two weeks and emailed them. I have a lot of friends who lived there and said they 'rip you off' at the end with your deposit. Overall, I was very dissapointed with living here.
